The position: Secondary Spanish Teacher (KS3)

Pay scale: Negotiable to reflect MPS/UPS 

Start Date: ASAP running for the full academic year. 


Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a large secondary school in the Bishop Auckland area who are looking to recruit a passionate Spanish teacher. This role is full-time, running for the full academic year. The role is open to both experienced and NQTs. 


The role

  • Be able to commit to a long-term, full time role (November 2020 - July 2021)
  • Have a respectful and professional manner towards pupils and staff within the school
  • Be passionate and inspiring
  • Teach Spanish to KS3 only
  • Have high expectations of work and behaviour


  • Hold qualified teacher status – (we welcome NQT applications)
  • Have experience working with KS3 students
  • The right to work within the UK
  • The ability to provide two references from your most recent employers
  • All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid child workforce Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
