Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an exceptional secondary school based in Spilsby. The school are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher. This is an opportunity to motivate students within the subject to strive to achieve results. The key subject areas in understanding and developing high quality and innovative provision within a world-class curriculum and excellent teaching.

The main responsibility of this role will be:

  • To be a role model to the department
  • To lead on the development of new ways of thinking about the curriculum and teaching and learning to develop student expertise in the subject
  • To lead the key subject areas in understanding and developing high quality and innovative provision within a world-class curriculum and excellent teaching

The ideal candidate will have:

  • First Degree or Equivalent
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Successful subject experience as a teacher in a secondary school
  • Successful involvement in performance, self-evaluation process and data analysis as an aid in personal and team improvement, development and change
  • The ability to develop a high quality, academic curriculum that exceeds the needs of its students

The secondary school is based in Spilsby, close to motorway links and has access to public transport links close by. Parking is available on site.
