Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a coeducational secondary school in Gosport, seeking a part time teacher of Spanish, to join the languages department from June 2024.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a Multi Academy Trust, in a school where pupil intake is increasing, and exam results are rising.  Ofsted observed positive change during the most recent visit in 2023, with inspectors noting how well pupils behaved during lessons and social periods, also commenting ‘There is a very inclusive and calm culture at this school, which is underpinned by mutual respect and trust’.

The appointed teacher would be required to teach Spanish throughout KS3 and KS4, across two days a week, ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays.  For the right teacher, there is opportunity of securing a longer term or permanent role, as the languages department need a Spanish teacher for academic year 2024/25.  The school welcome applications from newly qualified teachers as well as those with more experience.
