Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for an accomplished Spanish teacher for a secondary school in the Oldham area. With an Ofsted rating of 'good,' this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving school with a large, supportive staff body. You will become part of a close-knit languages department consisting of three teachers, contributing to their ongoing success in achieving excellent GCSE results.
We are seeking a modern languages teacher with a specialism in Spanish. However, the ability to teach multiple languages to KS3/4 students would be highly desirable. Your responsibilities will include lesson planning, preparation, delivery, and the assessment of students' work.
The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are starting their career journey. It offers free on-site parking and convenient access via public transportation, making it easily accessible to all applicants. The school is open to considering both full-time and part-time timetables, ranging from 3 to 5 days a week. The position will commence in October 2023, extending through the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role starting in September 2024.
