  • Provide tailored support to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Create and implement individualised learning plans to meet the specific requirements of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and personal development
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student support
  • Valid teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of SEMH issues and their impact on learning
  • Ability to create and deliver differentiated lessons
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies
  • Flexible hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
