Teaching Personnel, the UK’s leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to work in secondary schools across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for flexible work or long-term positions.
As an MFL Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in languages such as French, Spanish, or German at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for languages
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (or are an ECT)
Have experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Are enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
Have a genuine passion for teaching and student development
Competitive daily rates of pay (£140–£240 per day, depending on experience
Flexible work to suit your availability (day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
