Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint a passionate languages teacher to join a vibrant 11-16 secondary school from September 2022.

  • Full time MFL Teacher - French / Spanish
  • Post starting September 2022 
  • Pay in line with teacher pay scale MPS/UPS 
  • Taking on departmental responsibility – planning and delivering an MFL timetable consisting of both French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4 in line with the current national curriculum
  • Assessing pupil progress in the subject with both oral and written examinations
  • Modern 11-16 secondary school located in Salford
  • Post available to MFL Teachers of all levels (Qualified Teaching Status)

The successful MFL Teacher will deliver a French and Spanish timetable in line with the current national curriculum covering; grammar, vocabulary and linguistic competence for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE). Teaching should focus on developing the breadth and depth of pupils’ competence in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The MFL Teacher will be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
