Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (pro rata, depending on experience)
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Head of Spanish to lead our successful Modern Foreign Languages department on a part-time basis at our vibrant secondary school in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spanish teacher or current subject leader ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in shaping the language learning experience for our students, promoting cultural awareness and academic success.
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong subject knowledge of Spanish
Proven experience in delivering high-quality Spanish lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
A passion for languages and the ability to inspire and motivate students
Leadership qualities and the ability to support and develop a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
