A secondary school in Blackpool is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated French Teacher who is ready for a new challenge. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the department's performance and ensuring that all students are motivated and pushed to achieve their maximum potential. Qualifications and Expectations:

-          Demonstrated experience in teaching French to both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.

-          Possesses strong classroom management skills and exhibits effective behavior management techniques.

-          A proven track record of delivering outstanding class results and student achievement.

-          Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

-          Willingness to commit to a full-time, year-long position.

In this role, you will work within a dynamic and supportive environment, surrounded by experienced and skilled educators, particularly in the Modern Foreign Languages department. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging lessons that encourage active student participation in the subject matter. You will adapt your teaching methods to cater to students of varying learning levels, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
