A dynamic and forward-thinking primary school located in the vibrant community of Luton is currently seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Classroom Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2024. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
*
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
*
Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for national tests
*
Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent conferences, and whole-school training events
*
Foster a stimulating and secure learning environment
*
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery

Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
*
Demonstrated experience in primary education with specific expertise in teaching KS2
*
A track record of raising student achievement and effectively managing classroom behavior
*
Ability to create and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*
A commitment to professional development and staying current with educational practices
