A dynamic and forward-thinking primary school located in the vibrant community of Luton is currently seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Classroom Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2024. This school has recently undergone significant improvements, now boasting modern facilities and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes the holistic development of every student.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
*Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
*Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for national tests
*Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent conferences, and whole-school training events
*Foster a stimulating and secure learning environment
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
*Demonstrated experience in primary education with specific expertise in teaching KS2
*A track record of raising student achievement and effectively managing classroom behavior
*Ability to create and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*A commitment to professional development and staying current with educational practices
